Worst service I have ever received.
Zinnia Design and Karolee are wonderful!!! We used them for our Wedding at Gale Woods Farm in October. She did all of our bridal bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, table centerpieces and some decorations at the reception venue. All I can say is WOW!! She really knows what she is doing! I feel like her prices are so reasonable for the work that she does and the eye that she has! She helped us select the perfect flowers for our bouquets by using our wedding colors and also what would be in season and cheaper that time of year! Everything she did was simply stunning!!! She truly cared about my wife and I! Not just as clients but as friends it felt like! I highly recommend Zinnia floral! We could not have been happier!
Zinnia Design Florals is an over the top, non-traditional, floral designer. Karolee Goodrich is an artist with flowers. They are my go to for loving memorial arrangements, grad parties, birthdays, and nonprofit events. Quality, artistic, affordable. #LOVE What they do for our nonprofit ClearCause annual benefit - for the past four years!
If I could give Zinnia's Design Floral a zero I would. As harsh as this sounds, they left me with a distaste in my mouth. It is a week before my wedding and I have not heard a single word from Zinnia's since I met with them in early July. They have not answered a single email or voicemail that I, my fiancee, and my family has left for them. They promised me the pricing for our flowers for our wedding in July, then again on August 3rd, 2017. Since this, I have not heard a single word from them. They do not answer my phone calls or call me back. I am now under the stress of having to find an alternative florist a week before my wedding.
