For many years, I have modeled and competed in bikini competitions. As time went by, I began to lose that long lean muscle and began to build bulky muscle. I became interested in Barre because I wanted to achieve a "Victoria Secret Model" body with long and lean muscle tone! I showed up for my first Barre class thinking it would be an easy ballet class--boy, was I wrong! The Barre literally worked my body from head to toe leaving no muscle group left out. Within a few weeks, I started seeing results in the mirror, and within a few months, others around me began noticed changes. Barre really is a great mind and body workout. I have never felt so energized and been so happy with my body and am NEVER disappointed in a class. ALL the teachers are amazing and I love how the teachers know me by name--the entire atmosphere is friendly and personable. The classes are always unique and shock muscles that I didn't even know existed.
