Working with Dusty and Ryan is always a positive experience! If they don't have what you want they can usually get it or point you in the right direction. I have purchased a watch here and also had one serviced, they do a great job at reasonable prices!
These people are excellent at all watch repair and have a fabulous selection of fine old and new watches and clocks. A must if you are a watch fanatic like myself
After a very disappointing experience sending my Concord watch into the factory for a repair I was told my expensive 13 year old watch was not repairable because they could no longer get parts for it!! I called AAA and spoke with Ryan and he wanted to see the watch and gave me hope it could be fixed despite my experience with the manufacturer. Ryan was very knowledgeable and eager to help. He fixed my watch for a very small charge. My shipping to Concord was 4X more expensive then the repair done by Ryan. Plus he changed the battery! Ryan turned a very upsetting situation into a positive outcome. Very friendly and honest. I highly recommend this company and they fix a multitude if jewlery, clocks, antique and vintage items. This place is a gem and I'm very grateful for the outcome.
