I'll be the first to admit I'm a little fussy when it comes to my dry cleaning and laundry. That's primarily why I stuck with the same place for close to 10yrs although it's out of the way 30-40min round trip. Over that time I ventured out and tried 2 cleaners in Wayzata on a couple occasions and was far less than impressed. More recently my work schedule and location change made it difficult to make the laundry trek so I was on the hunt. In conversation with a friend I was referred to Wayzata home Laundry and from the first time they wowed me.
I've had many experiences with dry cleaners throughout my lifetime, and have never experienced better service and great outcome. You can tell, Kevin takes great pride in his work and Morgan (at front desk) gives fabulous customer service. Yesterday, I was running late. When Morgan saw me pull in, she brought my cleaning out to my car! Now that's service!
I had my wedding dress pressed here and the dress looks beautiful. The service was outstanding and the price was great too. Exceptional people and company!
I'm really disappointed in Wayzata Home Laundry & Dry Cleaning. Just picked up two pairs of black jeans from them. I was driving home and noticed really bad fading and white streaks on them. I went back in and the owner said he couldn't do anything because they'd followed the instructions on the tag (it did say that they should not be dry cleaned, which I didn't notice, but I'd had them dry cleaned before at other locations and they were perfectly fine). They said they'd give me a credit for the $15 I paid for dry cleaning, but since it doesn't come close to the damages I won't be returning.
Excellent quality, friendly people, & family owned. What more could you ask for.
